Practical problem solving · Florida

You don't need to know the solution.
You just need to say what isn't working.

Describe what isn't working and what you want instead. We figure out the sensible path.

No cost to start. No work begins until you approve the Path.

The Path

How #Works Works

Six steps, in plain English. Nothing happens to your money until step four.

  1. 01

    Tell us what isn't working

Short intake, a few photos or a video, what you want instead, budget and timing.

  2. 02

We review and ask only what matters

Just the project-specific questions we need to understand your goal and constraints.

  3. 03

    You get Your #Works Path

What we heard, what you want, whether budget and timing work, next step, and pricing.

  4. 04

    You approve it

The plan, known materials, pricing structure, your maximum authorized cost, and the deposit.

  5. 05

    Your deposit activates the project

That's what lets us buy the listed materials and get set up for the work.

  6. 06

    We stay inside your maximum

#Works will not exceed your approved maximum without your permission. Full stop.

Reuse before buy

We start with your budget, not a wish list.

Plenty of places tell you what your project should cost. We start the other way around: what's the goal, what do you already have, and what are you willing to spend? Then we design the work to fit that — or tell you honestly that it doesn't.

Budget-first, always

Your range shapes the plan from the start. No slow reveal of the real price at the end.

Use what's already there

Shelving, lumber, furniture, bins, hardware — half of most solutions is already on site.

One number you control

You approve a maximum authorized project cost, and that number is the ceiling.

Our pricing principle

#Works will not exceed your approved maximum without your permission.

If something changes once we're in it, you'll hear about it before it costs you anything. You decide what happens next.

Fix • Build • Improve

The kind of things people send us

Broad on purpose. If it's practical, non-regulated, and driving you mildly crazy, it's probably a fit.

#Organization

Garages, closets, pantries, sheds, the room where things go.

#Space functionality

The room is fine; the way it works isn't.

#Setup & reconfiguration

New place, new stage of life, same stuff — arranged sensibly.

#Reuse & upcycling

You already own more of the solution than you think.

#Practical fixes

Sticky doors, assembly, mounting, the small stuff that lingers.

#Stalled projects

The thing that got 60% done in 2023.

#Works is not a licensed trade contractor — no electrical, plumbing, structural, HVAC, or roofing work. If that's what you need, we'll say so early.

Questions people actually ask

So — what isn't working?

Describe it in your own words. We'll take it from there.

Finally. It Just Works.
